流动妇女计划生育／生殖健康权益实现情况调查及倡导建议

近年来,以人为本、公平、公正、优质服务等原则使流动妇女享有了越来越多的社会福祉.但是,对安徽、上海、北京、湖北、河南一些地区流动妇女计划生育/生殖健康权益保护状况的调查显示,流动妇女,尤其是一些流动性大的、分散的、从事务工经商活动的流动妇女和未婚、老年妇女,被双重排斥于户籍地和现居住地计划生育/生殖健康福利之外,她们计划生育/生殖健康权益的实现还任重道远.

Surveys and Sugestions on the Protection of Floating Women's Family Planning/Reproductive Health Rights and Interests

Although floating women enjoy more and more social welfares in recent years under the principles of men -centered, fairness and justice, and quality service, the survey on the protection of floating women's family planning/reproductive health rights and interests in some districts of Shanghai, Beijing, Anhui, Hubei, Henan provinces shows that, the floating women s family planning/reproductive health welfares-especially the more floating and scattered working women, business - women, unmarried women and elderly women's welfares-are dually excluded either in the household registered districts or in their present living districts. There is still a long way to go to fulfill the task of guaranteeing floating women s family planning/reproductive health rights and interests.
