| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是一项全新的综合性的建设事业。农村基层干部队伍、农民工和农村知识分子这三支力量在这项事业中各自发挥着不可或缺、不可替代的作用。只有三者充分发挥各自的领头雁、主力军、教育者和培训者的作用并紧密配合起来,才能激发农村自身活力,建设社会主义新农村才有希望。
