| 摘 要： | 高校扩招是中国实现大众化教育的一项重要措施，已成为一个大趋势。面对扩招，高校学生心理特点表现出较为矛盾复杂的状态。喜的是，有更大的机会进入高校深造；忧的是，毕业之后严峻的就业形式。在这种情况下，学生应该调整好心态，用积极的态度面对扩招，增强自我教育意识，发挥主观能动性，实现自我教育，以适应现代社会对人才的需求。

| Abstract: | University increasing enrollment is an important measure in our pursuing popular education.Facing this,the psychological characteristics of university students are contradictive and complicated.The good side is to have more opportunities to go to universities;the bad side is the severe employment situation after graduation.In such situation,in order to meet the requirement of modern society,students should adjust themselves to have positive attitude,strengthen the consciousness of selfeducation,exert subjective activity and achieve self-education. |
