农村剩余劳动力转移及其农村职业教育研究

农村大量剩余劳动力的存在是我国农村经济和社会发展面临的最大制约因素,合理有序地转移农村剩余劳动力是关系到我国农村经济进一步发展和社会稳定的重大战略问题。本文从农村剩余劳动力及其转移的概念,看到农村剩余劳动力转移的重要性;进而分析制约其转移的诸多因素,认为农民素质和技能低下是制约其转移的内在因素;从而提出相应的对策,即发展职业教育是从根本上实现农村剩余劳动力有序转移的有效途径并讨论了相关问题。

Research on the Transfer of the Village Surplus Labor Forces and the Rural Vocational Education

The existence of considerable surplus labor forces in the village is the biggest restricted factor facing by the development of village economy and society in China,to transfer the village surplus labor forces properly and orderly is the significant topic related with the development of rural economy further and the society stable.This article finds the importance of the transfer of the village surplus labor forces from its definition;and analyzes the restricted factors,then considers that the low level of competence and skills of the peasants is the internal factor which affects labor forces transfer;thus proposes the corresponding policies,that is developing the vocational education is an effective path that achieve the orderly transfer of village surplus labor forces and discusses related questions.
