| 摘 要： | 本文运用功能分析的方法,以粤东梅县一个客家家族所藏契书为文本,对客家女性在传统宗族社会中所扮演的角色进行分析.从现有文本看,梅县妇女不但在处理家族产权转移中扮演着重要的角色,而且女性祖先的休坟与男性祖先的休坟一样重要.梅县客家妇女在传统宗族社会中具有不俗的尊长地位.

| Abstract: | This paper makes an analysis of the role that Kakka women played in traditional clan families through a research into the documents collected in a Kakka family in Mei county,eastern Guangdong.It is pointed out that women in Mei County played an important role in clan property right transfer,and they were respected in the traditional clan family. |
