| 摘 要： | “富民”理想在我国古已有之，由于我国历史上一直奉行的家族财产共有制，强化等级秩序，剥夺卑幼行使财产处分权，否定个人对财产的所有权；强化对土地的控制，妨碍土地的自由买卖，抑制了中国古代资本主义萌芽的发展，从而最终没能使中国走上“富民”的道路。

| Abstract: | China had ＂People Wealth＂ ideal in ancient times, but never carried it out because the public possession ownership of families has always been pursued in history. The traits of the public possession ownership of families such as strengthening hierarchy, depriving the inferior＇ s and young＇ s fights of exercising the possession, denying personal ownership of possession, reinforcing the control of fields, and interfering free sales of fields, suppressed the development of early capitalism in ancient China. Therefore, China didn＇ t achieve the ＂People Wealth＂ at last. |
