提升新疆少数民族教师信息素养的策略研究

摘    要:信息素养是现代教育对教师的必然要求。文章通过调研发现由于民语教师队伍不健全、双语教学、区域发展不平衡等因素的影响,新疆民族教师的信息素养比较偏低,具体从认识、政策制定、途径及手段等多方面提出了提升新疆少数民族教师信息素养的策略。

Abstract:In modern education, the information literacy is an inevitable requirement for teachers. Due to the special conditions and the historical and economic development of Xinjiang, the information education and the teachers' information literacy fall below the level in the inland provinces. This paper aims at improving the information literacy of minority teachers and proposes ways to improve the information education in Xinjiang.
