| 摘 要： | "过继"是个一般词汇,随着时代的发展它的词义呈现泛化趋势,结果是近些年"过继"的对象除原来专指"儿子"外,还常常被用来指"女儿",甚至指"孙子".本文认为至迟从元代开始"过继"的外延就已经扩大化了,<现代汉语词典>的释义已不能囊括客观事实的新变化,其释义应该修改以做到语言与客观现实同步;随着社会的进一步发展和时代的演变,"过继"的本义和引申义此消彼长,引申义将会取代本义而成为常用义.

| Abstract: | The "adopting" is a common word, whose meaning has taken on trending to suffuse with the development of times. As a result, besides referring to "son" , the target of "adopting" is still often used for referring to "the daughter" , even referring to "the grandson" in recent years. Because of disappearance of the phenomenon of "adopting" that brings with further development of the society, the "adopting" may fade out modern or future Chinese general vocabulary gradually. But because its extended meaning begins to grow vigorously, " adopting" perhaps will also exist for a long time. However, the rational meaning of "adopting" will fade out the basic meaning of the vocabulary instead of the extended meaning gradually. |
