广西作物抗病虫性研究及发展方向的商榷

摘    要:广西作物抗病虫研究,在水稻、玉米、花生等作物上已取得了重大进展,其中包括品种资源的抗性鉴定、病原菌生理小种或菌系分化和害虫生物型变异等。作物育种要求高产、优质、多抗,因此,作物抗病虫性研究应进一步开展抗、感基因分析,探索遗传机理以及利用植物基因工程技术为主的现代生物技术开展抗性基因分离、转导等研究,将成为作物抗病虫性研究的发展方向。

Abstract:Researches of crop resistance to diseases and insects in Gua ngxi have been made great progress in rice, maize and peanut et al.They include the resistance appraisal of germplasm resources, the pathogenic bacteria physiological race or bacteria strain differentiation and the biotype variation of insects etc. Crop breeding needs new varieties with high yields, good qualities, and multipesistances, so studies of crop re sistance to diseases and insects should carry out gene analyses of resis tance and infectivity. Studying gene mechanism, separatig gene mechanism and researching introduction using modern biotechniques such as plant engineering should be developing orientation of crop resistance researches to diseases and insects.
