基于制度变迁视角下的中国农业现代化（1912—1937年）

1912-1937年,中国历届政府为了解决近代以来农业衰退,经济增长缓慢的严峻形势,分别从立法和农政、农业统计调查、乡村治理模式、农村税收、农业金融等方面积极推进农业体制改革,试图建立一个能促进农业生产增长的现代制度,但由于具体的历史原因,其成效并不明显.

Based on the System Changes from the Perspective of China's Agricultural Modernization(Year1912-1937)

In 1912-1937,in order to address the decline of agriculture in modern times the previous government,slow economic growth in the grim situation,from the legislative and agricultural affairs,agriculture survey,village governance,rural taxation,agriculture and finance to actively promote the agricultural system reform,there is establishment of an attempt to promote the growth of modern agricultural production system,but because of specific historical reasons,the apparent lack of effectiveness.
