| 摘 要： | 通过对C市两所高校（民办和公办各一所）教师工作满意度的调查研究表明：民办高校教师的工作满意度低于公办高校教师的工作满意度，两者之间存在显著差异。在调查量表内五因素的比较分析中发现，民办高校教师工作满意度的“学校管理”、“工作环境”、“工作回报”等三个因素均值显著低于公办高校教师的满意度均值。回归分析表明，“工作回报”因素对工作满意度的线性贡献最大．也就是说，提高“工作回报”的满意度是提高整个工作满意度的关键内容。
