民办与公办高校教师工作满意度调研分析

摘    要:通过对C市两所高校(民办和公办各一所)教师工作满意度的调查研究表明:民办高校教师的工作满意度低于公办高校教师的工作满意度,两者之间存在显著差异。在调查量表内五因素的比较分析中发现,民办高校教师工作满意度的“学校管理”、“工作环境”、“工作回报”等三个因素均值显著低于公办高校教师的满意度均值。回归分析表明,“工作回报”因素对工作满意度的线性贡献最大.也就是说,提高“工作回报”的满意度是提高整个工作满意度的关键内容。
