欠发达民族地区经济一体化中的制度创新研究——以延龙图为例

欠发达民族地区经济增长中的制度创新主要表现在产权制度变迁、市场化程度提高、分配格局的变化和对外开放的深化等四个方面。但在其经济一体化过程中，仍存在着诸如“习俗经济”所带来的困境、落后地区政府对“挤占”效应的顾虑、政府体制改革不到位、投融资体制改革滞后等一系列制度约束。要摆脱这些传统的制度约束，应以制度创新的形式来促进地方政府管理行为的优化，实现市场与政府的良性结合，从而顺利推进区域经济一体化。
