摘    要:人才约束是制约民营高科技企业成长和发展的瓶颈问题。根据人力资本理论,在民营高科技企业中实施人力资本股权化不仅能够很好地吸引和留住员工,激发其创造性,而且将有益于增强企业核心竞争力,推进我国高科技经济的迅速发展。

Abstract:How to take advantage of human capital has troubled high-tech private enterprises very much. From the perspectives of the human capital theory, the stock right based on human capital can help the high-tech private enterprises inspire their personnel with advanced skills and high technology. Furthermore, the stock right based on human capital will not only increase the enterprises competitive abilities but also push forward the development of high-tech economy.
