摘    要:通过分析我国目前常用岗位等级工资制和岗位结构工资制两类评价和激励制度,给现代酒店人力资源管理中带来的“柠檬市场”、“棘轮效应”等问题,提出在酒店人力资源管理中运用企业价值增值的业绩评价方法和薪酬激励制度。较好地解决原有评价方法和薪酬激励制度带来的“柠檬市场”、“棘轮效应”等问题。

Abstract:Thin paper analyses the current popular post hierarchy and post structure salary system which are used to judge and impel workers. In fact,the two salary systems have brought many problems to the modern hotel labor power resources management, such as the called "Lemon Market" ,the Thorn -wheel Effect, and so on. Thus, it puts forward the salary excitation system which indicates that EVA should be used to evaluate the outstanding a-chievements in the process of the hotel management In this way, the "Lemon Market" ,"the Thorn -wheel Effect" and some other problems caused by the original salary excitation system can be better solved.
