| 摘 要： | 邓小平的外交思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,他继承了毛泽东外交思想的精髓,是与之一脉相承的科学理论体系。同时,他又在时代主题和国际局势、维护国家利益、"韬光养晦,有所作为"、解决国际争端的方式四个方面进行了创新发展,形成了具有鲜明时代特色的邓小平外交理论,从而有力的促进了中国对外关系的新发展。
