On Disintegration and Historic Status of the Japanese Manorial Society

The manorial society,as a social economic system in Japanese history,existing for nearly eight centuries,has had a great effect on the later historic development of Japan.Its safe to say that one can't understand modern Japan without knowing it's manorial society.The thesis gives a special analysis on the cause of disintegration and social status of the manorial system of Japan,and through a comparison with the disintegration of feudal European society,makes a further study on the course of development of Japan after its disintegration of the manorial system,trying to find the feature of historic development of Japan and providing a basis on which a study can be better made into the modern history and culture of Japan.
