| 摘 要： | 高等学校科研项目的管理是一个复杂的系统工程。高等学校科研项目管理工作机制的研究是根据高校科技管理工作的特点和具体情况进行创新,在科研项目的管理上应建立优化运作,良性循环的工作机制(其中主要是绩效机制和预警机制),使我们的科技管理体系不断适应科技发展的需要,有效地促进我国科技的发展。

| Abstract: | The management of scientific and researchful item of university is a complicated system engineering. According to some characteristics and concrete circumstance of scientific and researchful work of universities, we try to innovate the technological management. We should establish the optimum operation and virtuous cycle of the work management mechanism (result mechanism and early-warning mechanism) ,and make the system of technology management adapt to the demand of the technology development continuously, and promote the technology development of our country effectively. |
