| 摘 要： | 政府的职能与角色错位,公司治理结构仅具形似,市场治理体系的不完善以及企业非正式制度的惯性是中国国有企业治理改革深化的主要现实障碍。正确定位国有企业治理中的政府角色与功能、切实加强国有企业治理结构与机制的建设与完善以及重视并加强公司治理文化的适应性建设是中国国有企业治理改革进一步深化中的重点。

| Abstract: | The realistic obstacles faced by the deepened reform of state- owned enterprises lie in the inappropriate function and role of the government, the administrative structure, the incompleteness of the market system, and the inertia of the enterprise informal institution. Thus the key points to deepen the reforms are to reorientate the government position and function, strengthen its administration and institution building, and the adaptability of the enterprise culture. |
