摘    要:体操教学中,保护与帮助法是教师的一项重要的教学方法,也是一种非常有效的教学手段。教师在教学中有一个正确的站位和具备合理的帮助手法,从而对学生进行准确、及时地保护与帮助,是成功的前提。否则,不仅起不到作用,有时还可能妨碍练习者完成动作,甚至造成伤害事故。本文针对体操学科的教学特点,阐述并分析了教师在教学中如何选择合理的帮助保护位置,以及怎样采用相应合理的帮助手法等问题。

Abstract:Protecting and helping are important methods in gymmastic teaching. They are also very effective teaching metods. It is the prerequisite of success that the teachers have a correct standing position and acceptable helping technigues, so as to help and protect the students exactly and timely. Otherwise, they would obstruct the students to complete the movement. Sometimes accidents may occur. According to the characteristic of gymnastic teaching, this article analyzes how the teachers choose correct standing position and use acceptable helping techniques.
