企业学习力辨析

企业学习力是企业组织通过"学习",克服前进阻力,保持自创未来优势的发展力;从我国对企业学习力的研究现状看,还存在对其内涵和特征把握不够准确等问题;应该从企业学习力的对象阈限、本质属性和价值原则等方面,重新认识其概念;对企业学习力的评价,关键是要建立价值主体对象化和价值客观主体化的机制及科学的方法论思想基础。

Analysis of Enterprises' Developing Ability by Learning

The enterprises' developing ability by learning (EDAL) is that enterprises, by "learning", can overcome difficulties during the course of progressing and maintain their own developing capacities for future self-creating. In the present conditions of researching on EDAL in our country, problems exist in such aspects, e.g. its connotation and feature haven't yet been grasped exactly, etc. Therefore, we should re-recognize EDAL's concept from its different aspects such as object, limitation, essence and principle of value, etc. To evaluate enterprises' developing ability by learning, the key is to establish an objectively-made value subject and a subjectively-made value object on the basis of scientific methodology.
