| 摘 要： | 新疆三区革命后期,在复杂多变的特殊的历史环境中,三区革命政府从农牧业生产、财政金融整顿和工商交通发展方面争取经济建设的恢复与发展,一定程度上解决了财政困难,起到了巩固政权、安定社会的作用。

| Abstract: | In the later period of the Three-district Revolution, against the background of complex and changing historical context, the government of Three-district Revolution tried to make the economic construction recover and develop by focusing on three aspects, namely, production in farming and animal husbandry, rectification of finance, development in industry, commerce and transportation. To a certain extent, this move solved the financial problem, strengthened power and enhanced social stability. |
