On Modern-Enterprise Management by Democratic Centralism

The principal of democratic centralism is the fundamental leadership and organization system of our party and nation.Adhering to this principle is the main feature of modern-enterprise management in China.This article analyzes the drawbacks of modern-enterprise management and the direction of enterprise development by studying four cases.It further argues that with the rapid economic development,improving the performance of leading bodies is indispensable for modern-enterprise management.To build up united and harmonious leaderships,enterprises must handle well the relations between democracy and centralism,monitors and members,majority and minority,centralization and decentralization,with top priority given to the progress in democracy and centralism.
