| 摘 要： | 在当代宏观经济学和微观经济学的相互依存与交融中，特别是随着宏观经济学中就业理论和微观经济学中产业组织理论所包含的不完全信息与契约、激励机制、效率工资与议价行为理念的发展，当人们深入地从理论上探讨群体就业现象得以发生的机理过程时，某一国家、地区或某一城市（在有些情况下某些产业甚至具有一定就业规模效应的单一企业或跨国公司也具有值得研究的就业机理）的就业机制便显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | With the interdependence and blending of contemporary macroeconomics and microeconomics,especially with the development of employment theory in macroeconomics and imperfect information and contract,mechanism of stimulation, efficiency wage and bargaining behavior,etc.,contained in the theory of industrial organization in microeconomics,mechanism of employment of a state,region or city (even some industries, or some single firms or multinational firms with a certain scale of effectiveness of employment, whose mechanism of employment is worthy of study in some circumstances)turns out to be extremely important in the in depth theoretical study of the mechanism of group employment. |
