经济学与管理学中人性假设的分析与比较

摘    要:人性假设是学科中人的行业分析的逻辑起点。经济学与管理学是两门最依赖于人性假设的学科。然而二者的人性假设却根本不同,经济学中的人性假设较为趋同,基本属于“经济人”范式;而管理学中的人性假设则较为复杂多变,原因就在于两门学科的研究对象的不同。对经济学与管理学中人性假设的分析与比较,说明两门学科在研究方法和知识的相互借鉴程度上都存在差异。

Abstract:The humanity hypothesizes are the logical starting point of human being' s behavior analysis in a subject. Both economics and Management mostly rely on humanity hypothesizes, but humanity hypothesizes in economics and management are very different. Humanity hypothesizes in economics tend to be the same, which belong to the paradigm of "economic man", while the humanity hypothesizes in management are very complex and varied. The reason why there is difference is because the research objects of the two subjects are different. Through analyzing and comparing humanity hypothesizes in economics and management, we can realize that the research methodology and inter-learning degree of the two subjects are different.
