| Abstract: | This paper has unveiled the nature of market economy with its focus on its modes of thought and behavior of market economy. It has analyzed the system foundation upon which the modes of thought and behavior of planned economy exist from the perspective of organizing enterprise group strategy. It finally shows the role of government under the market economic system from the understanding of these modes. |
