| 摘 要： | 基于现有的研究成果,从创业板市场的功能特征出发,分析目前中国推出创业板的可行性,创业板对主板市场的影响及其互动关系。指出创业板的推出是中国资本市场发展进程中的制度创新,将加快资本市场向更高层次发展;要实现这一目标,必须从市场环境、制度建设等多个方面来完善中国资本市场及其风险投资管理体制。
