Analysis of the Legislation Background of Government Information Disclosure: The Enacting of Regulations on Government Information Disclosure

The search for legislation background is helpful to deeply understand and recognize the legislative intention as well as the provisions of law. The search will also contribute to the enacting, supporting and implementing of secondary regulations. The paper is trying to explore the problems accompanying the implementing of the Regulation on Government Information Disclosure by analyzing the legislative background thereof, including the promotion on information construction and legislation, the construction of a Sunny Government. The writer also hopes that the analysis may be of valve to the later legislation with respect to the government information disclosure.
