| 摘 要： | 农民增收是农业和农村工作的重要主题。我国农业发展和农民增收已进入一种缓慢发展状态,这其中有制度方面的原因。该文论述了影响我国农民增收所存在的制度的因素,提出了制度创新的建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Farmer income growth is an immutable topic on agriculture.At present,China's agriculture development and farmer income growth have been in a state of slow development,of which there is a lack of disfigurement about system design.The paper indicates the system disfigurement,which restrictes the growth of China's farmer income and puts forward constructive ideas on system innovation. |
