扩招条件下研究生教育现状及存在问题的调查报告

近年来,随着国际国内经济、社会领域的深刻变化,人才战略日益凸现,高素质人才的培养成为各国未来竞争成功与否的关键,我国研究生扩招政策的出台正是这一时代要求的具体体现之一。研究生招生规模的短期急剧膨胀,在一定程度上满足了经济建设和社会发展的需要,同时,也引发了研究生教育资源短缺和教育质量下滑等问题,引起了社会的普遍关注。本文基于问卷调查实际,对问卷情况进行了认真地统计分析,从中梳理出了扩招条件下研究生教育中存在的若干主要问题,初步提出了保证研究生培养质量的一些建设性意见,以期不断推进我国研究生教育的健康发展。

An Investigation Report of the Present Situation of Postgraduate Education and Main Problems

In recent years,with the great change in international and domestic economy and society,talent strategy becomes increasingly visible and high qualified personnel training will be the key of future competition between nations.The enlarged enrollment policy of graduate students is just one of the embodiments of the epoch requirement.The rapid expansion of the postgraduate enrollment scale meets the needs of economic construction and social development to a certain extent.At the same time,it touches off some problems such as the deficiency of post-graduate education resources and the dropping of education quality.And all these attract social attention.Based on the fact of the questionnaires,this paper counts up and analyses the questionnaires seriously and finds out some main problems in education.Accordingly some constructive advice is firstly put up in order to guarantee the quality of post-graduate and it is expected to boost healthy development of post-graduate education gradually.
