Theoretical Significance and Practical Value of the Diversification Stratagem on Promoting Chinese Enterprise Core Competitiveness

With the development of the economic system reform and the economy globalization,Chinese enterpri- ses are facing more challenges and opportunities.How to enhance their core competitiveness is the practical problem for Chinese enterprises.In view of some enterprises' attempting to enhance their competitive power through diver- sification stratagem,this thesis mainly expounds the influence of diversification stratagem on their competitiveness with the examples of some successful and unsuccessful corporations,and also makes an analysis on the internal and external conditions which are needed for the implement of the diversfication stratagem as well as its possible harmful effects.It emphasizes the enterprises should open up their own path to enhance their competitiveness and recom- mends to adopt the diversification stratagem cautiously in order to ensure the stable and fast development of enterpri- ses.
