我国发展战略理论模式的大提升——从东部沿海开放到西部大开发战略模式研究

从东部沿海开放战略到西部大开发战略。这是我国发展战略理论与实践的大提升。其战略模式的提升表现在四个方面：从梯度推移、非均衡发展模式提升为“点--轴--网络”、双重增长、均衡共进模式;从国家推动、外源开发模式提升为国家启动、市场主导、自我成长、内源开发模式;从经济发展模式提升为全面振兴模式;从现代化发展模式提升为社会主义本质发展模式。这四种提升是一个逐步升华的整体。

The Great Progress in the Development Strategy Pattern in China--the research on the development strategy patterns in the "Opening-up of the Eastern Coast" and the "Westward Development"

Great progresses of the theory and practice of development can be seen in the changes from the past "Opening up of the Eastern Coast" to the present "Westward Development". The progress in development strategy pattern manifests itself in four aspects. The past gradual and non balanced development pattern is promoted to the present "selected points-axis-net" pattern in which dual and balanced development is stressed. In the past pattern, the development was driven by the state and promoted by the foreign source, but now the development is initiated by the state, oriented by the market and promoted mainly by the source at home. The past pattern also has been transferred from the stress on economic development to the present comprehensive development. The modernization pattern has been pushed forward into the development of the socialist essence. The progresses in the four aspects are embodied in the progress of the whole development pattern.
