| 摘 要： | 我国现有的药品管理法律体系中已有相关的法律、法规、规章,与《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》一起,成为我国公共应急系统稳定运行的法律保障。现就突发公共卫生事件应急处理过程中涉及的药品保证法律制度进行了系统的归纳分析,以使人们全面了解我国突发公共卫生事件应急系统状况。

| Abstract: | There are various kinds of laws and regulations in China's legalsystem of drug administration, among which "Regulation for Emergency in PublicHealth Events" is a guarantee for the effective and smooth operation of theemergency system for sudden occurrence in public health. In this paper, theauthor presents systematic analysis on the drug guarantee system for theemergency treatment of sudden occurrence in public health, in order to enablepeople of all walks of life to know the present conditions in China's emergencysystem for sudden occurrence in public health. |
