开展ERP沙盘教学,培养应用型人才

ERP沙盘教学在培养高职高专经济管理类专业学生中起着重要的作用,它改变了传统人才培养模式,强调演练与实践,使经管系学生将所学各科知识相互渗透,既培养了学生的动手、动脑能力,又培养了学生的团队协作精神。尽管ERP沙盘教学存在一些不足,但通过ERP沙盘模拟体验式教学,让学生足不出校就可以了解和掌握企业管理的知识和技能,是一种值得大力推广的教学模式。同时也对ERP沙盘教学模式提出了若干建议。

On the Development of the ERP Sand Table Teaching and Cultivation of Practical Talents

This article briefly introduces the ERP Sand Table teaching and analyses its effects on the Economy-management majored students in advanced vocational colleges. The ERP Sand Table is a very important teaching mode,which has changed the traditional mode of cultivating talents and puts emphasis on practice and exercises. Because the Sand Table is related to many subjects in learning,it is good for students' thinking and practical abilities. More importantly,the Sand Table cultivates the spirit of helping each other. Through the simulated ESP sand table experience teaching,our students can learn and grasp much knowledge and skills of the enterprises management without going out of school. In spite of some shortcomings in the teaching of the Sand Table,it needs widening fur-ther. For this,some suggestions will be also given in the article.
