隐私权法律制度的设计

我国法律未对隐私权作出明确规定 ,而且我国对隐私法律制度的理论研究也比较薄弱。通过对隐私、隐私权含义的界定 ,隐私的类别 ,隐私权法律关系的分析 ,以及侵犯隐私权的法律救济的探讨 ,从理论上设计我国隐私权的法律制度。

The Design of Legal System of Privacy Right

The regulation of privacy right in our country's legal system is uncertain. The research about privacy right lags other developed countries. The author puts forward the conception of privacy and the right to privacy, studies the legal relations of privacy and legal liabilities for infringement of the right to privacy, and propose the design of the privacy right.
