| 摘 要： | 人类文化的发展规律,是继承与发展的统一。建构和发展当代中国先进文化,必须以马克思主义为指导,牢牢把握先进文化的前进方向,与时俱进;必须继承和发扬中华民族的优秀文化传统,大力弘扬和培育民族精神,为今所用;必须着眼于世界文化发展的前沿,积极吸收外国文化的先进成果,为我所用;必须立足于建设中国特色社会主义的伟大实践,充分体现时代精神和创造精神,积极创新。

| Abstract: | The rule of development of human culture is the unification of inheritance and development unified.Build and develop contemporary China's advanced culture must regard Marxism as guidelines,hold the direction of advance of advanced culture firmly,grow with each passing hour;must inherit and develop the outstanding cultural tradition of Chinese nation,carry forward and foster national spirit in a morecost-effective manner;must focus on the front of world culture development,absorb the advanced achievement of foreign culture actively;must base on building the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,fully reflect the spirit of the times and spirit of creation,innovate actively. |
