| 摘 要： | 针对当前高校辅导员工作的现状，从辅导员工作目的、工作内容、工作方法、工作成效、工作氛围等多视角和多雏度科学分析辅导员工作的特点，为提高大学生综合素质、使之成为适应社会发展及现代化建设需要的建设者和接班人而创造条件，具有一定的现实意义。
