Discussion on Eight Banners Ideology and Its Formation Conditions

Eight Banners was a multinational social community that came into being simultaneously with the Eight Banners system, which has over 300 years' history. During this long period, the Eight Banners formed their own management methods, their continuity of political and economic interests in communication and their similarity in social life which made it a community distinguishable from "Min Ren". This kind of distinction made the Eight Banners not only exist independently in realistic society but also form an ideology different from that of "Min Ren", that is the Eight Banners ideology. This social community which exceeded national categories embodied important historical information and maybe enlightened today's society.
