| Abstract: | This paper begins with an analysis of the importance of continuous education of editors in training editors with high quality. Then, from three aspects as ideological quality, speciality knowledge quality and editing ability, it discusses the problem of training and improving editors' quality in the era of knowledge economy, and puts forward four measures for the continuous education of editors. |
