新中国成立以来我国社会信用体系建设的历程、经验与展望

社会信用体系是一个国家社会制度建设的重要组成部分,是国家治理体系现代化的重要标志。新中国成立以来我国的社会信用体系发展经历了计划信用、萌芽、起步、加速发展四个阶段。经过多年实践,我国在信用立法、征信体系和互联网金融等领域的信用体系建设中取得了一定成就。新时代,我国完善社会信用体系的重点是继续加强这三个领域的建设。

On Development,Experience and Prediction of Social Credit System Construction Since the Founding of PRC

The social credit system is an important component of the country’s social system construction and an important indicator of the modernization of the national governance system. Since the founding of People’s Republic of China(PRC), China’s social credit system has gone through four stages.Through years of practice, China has accumulated experience in the field of credit legislation, credit investigation system, and internet finance. In the new era, the focus of perfecting the social credit system is to continually strengthen the construction of those three fields.
