王十朋论史浩

王十朋论史浩是宋孝宗初年战守之争中的一段公案。在仕宦早期，王十朋屡有进言政事、弹奏大臣之举，逐渐赢得了崇高的公议地位。随着宋金形势发生变化，宋孝宗顺应公议要求，便擢升敢言的王十朋为台官。这些都成为他弹奏宰相史浩的有利条件。王十朋坚决主张对金作战，故在力赞张浚北伐的同时，积极上疏弹奏反对轻战的史浩并使之罢相、奉祠。不过王十朋在《论史浩札子》中加于史浩身上的罪名如主和沮战、结党擅权、压制言论等，多有虚而不实之处，难称平心之论。在符离战败后，宋孝宗开始反省台谏官的表现，对于王十朋论史浩的前后态度也有所质疑，并在一定程度上触及到了上述缺憾。

On the Impeachment of Shi Hao by Wang Shipeng

The impeachment of Shi Hao by Wang Shipeng was a case of controversy over fighting or defending in the first year of Emperor Song-xiao. Wang Shipeng had gradually gained a high public status by talking about the politics or impeaching the minister repeatedly in the early stage of his political career. When the relationship between the Song dynasty and the Jin dynasty changed, Emperor Song-xiao conformed to the public and appointed Wang Shipeng as a proposal official. All of these became favorable for Wang Shipeng to impeach Shi Hao, the prime minister at that time. With a firm standpoint of fighting against the Jin dynasty, Wang Shipeng supported Zhang Jun to attack the enemy while he positively impeached the war resister, Shi Hao. As a result, Shi Hao lost his position and had to retire temporarily. However, it was a pity that Wang Shipeng fabricated many facts such as giving up war for peace negotiation, organizing party to usurp power and suppressing speech freedom in his book The Impeachment of Shi Hao. Defeated in ＂ Fuli＂, Emperor Song-xiao changed his mind for the proposal official and began to suspect Wang Shipeng＇s attitude before and after the impeachment of Shi Hao. To certain extent, it touched the faults mentioned above.
