| Abstract: | Humor is an essential part of the culture and reflects the national consciousness and world-view. These phenomena penetrate all the aspects of society. Humor plays an important role in the spiritual life of the individual and different social groups. The article deals with issue of the influence of one of the main political system subjects （pro- fessional politicians） on another - ＂masses＂.
