| 摘 要： | 目前存在诸多因素制约农民增收,文中主要分析了政策及体制因素、落后的二元经济结构、农业财政投入的有限和农村金融制度安排的缺陷、乡镇企业吸纳农村剩余劳动力能力减弱、第三产业发展不充分和农民自身素质有限、城镇化水平低、农民负担重、加入WTO的冲击等八方面因素,对提高农民收入水平的影响。

| Abstract: | There are lots of factors that restrict the increase of peasantry's income.And the article analyzes eight factors that affect the increase of peasantry's income.In detail,these are institutional factor,the backward double economic structure,the limited finance investment and the fault finance system for agriculture,the limited capacity to absorb the rest of rural labor for TVES,the issue of the third industry and the peasantry's concept,the low urbanization,the over burden for the peasantry, and the influence of WTO. |
