贯彻“三个代表“重要思想,切实加强和改进在校大学生党员的教育工作

党的十六报告提出:加强和改进党的建设,共产党员必须发挥先锋模范作用,牢固树立共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义坚定信念,脚踏实地地为实现党在现阶段的基本纲领而奋斗。在全党开展以实践“三个代表”重要思想为主要内容的保持共产党员先进性教育活动。高校是孵化未来先进生产力的基地,造就最广大人民利益忠实代表的基地,创造、传播先进思想文化的阵地,贯彻落实十六大学生党员的教育工作,把在校大学生党员培育成为胸怀共产主义远大志向,思想上、政治上符合建设有中国特色社会主义需要的马克思主义者和优秀的高级专门人才。

Carry out the Important Thoughts of the Three Representatives and Improve the Education of College Party Members

According to the report of Sixteenth Congress, the communists must play a pioneering role in strengthening and improving the Party's construction. We must set up the communist party ideal and firm belief in the Chinese-characferistic socialism and struggle to fulfil our Party's programme at the current stage. In our Party and educational activity has been being done to apply to practice the important thoughts of the Three Representatives and to keep the advanle ment of communists. The institutions of higher education are the bases of creating future advanced productivity and faithful representatives for the public's benifits. They are also the places of spreading the advanced thinking and culture. To carry out and fulfil the Congress's points, apply the important thoughts of the Three Representatives, strengthen our Party's dominant position and keep our Party's advancement, We should attach importance to the education of college Party members. We should cultivate them to be qunlified people who cherish the communist expectations and can meet the ideological and political needs of the Chinese-characteristic socialism and also have specialized ability.
