《反垄断法》中相关市场的含义及其界定

摘    要:相关市场是反垄断法中的基本概念,相关市场的界定是对特定行为进行竞争分析的基础。相关市场包括相关产品市场、相关地域市场、相关时间市场。另外,在分析与知识产权有关的市场行为的竞争效果时,还应该考虑相关技术市场。同时,还论述了界定相关产品市场、相关地域市场、相关时间市场和相关技术市场的方法,并分析我国银行、房地产、电力等行业反垄断执法中有关的市场界定问题。
