| 摘 要： | 为了优化大学生思想政治教育模式，发挥朋辈教育的亲民、榜样和自治功能，通过打造朋辈教育队伍、搭建朋辈教育平台、开展朋辈教育活动，建立朋辈保障机制、有效地构建了学生自我教育体系，提升了大学生思想政治工作的时效性。

| Abstract: | Peer education play an important role in optimizing the ideological and political education of college students with its features of friendly, models and self-government. By building a peer education platform, carrying out a series of activities and establishing a peer guarantee mechanism can build the self-education system effectively and raise the timeliness of the ideological and political education of college students. |
