基于中西价值观的跨文化交际商务人才培养研究

Research on the cultivating of business talents in intercultural communication based on Chinese and western values

As an important factor affecting people''s communication, cultural values play a vital role in the process of intercultural communication. There are obvious differences between Chinese and Western cultures, mainly manifested in the mode of getting along with nature, the way of communication among people, the pursuit of human activities and so on. Qualified intercultural communication business talents must have sufficient knowledge reserves, and have a clear understanding of different cultural ideology. We should also pay attention to understand and integrate different cultures from multiple perspectives. Colleges and universities are important places for intercultural business talents cultivating. We should take the initiative to set up high-quality international courses and cultivate more excellent intercultural business talents.
