高校班级民主管理的完善探究

班级管理是学校建设的基础和前提，当前高校班级依然存在着缺少民主管理氛围、辅导员认识不到位以及学生民主管理的意识和能力不足等问题，考虑到班级民主管理对于提升学生管理能力、保障辅导员合理履行工作职能和形成良好的班级氛围所具有的重要作用，当前高校民主管理可以通过培养和提升学生的民主管理意识、搭建民主管理的平台并通过建章立制保障民主管理活动来加以完善，切实提高高校班级民主管理的质量和水平，增加学生参加实践锻炼的机会，从而促进学生综合素质的全面提升。

At present, there are still some problems, such as lack of democratic management atmosphere, counselors'' lack of understanding, and lack of consciousness and ability of students'' democratic management. And the democratic management of university class can improve the quality of student management, and plays an important role in guaranteeing counselors'' sensible fulfillment of duty and setting up a good class atmosphere. So at present we can cultivate and promote the students'' consciousness of democratic management, set up democratic management platform which can be perfected by establishing rules and systems to perfect the democratic management in universities. It can promote the quality and level of university class democratic management, increasing students'' practice opportunities, and hence promoting the students'' comprehensive quality.
