| Abstract: | The construction of high quality and high quality teachers can provide professional teachers for students. Therefore, in order to speed up the training of teachers in various schools, we can refer to the strategies of teacher training in famous historical schools. In order to improve the teaching level of young teachers, enrich their experience and provide high quality teaching services for students, we should find ways to train excellent teachers. |
