| 摘 要： | 上世纪90年代我国曾出现“民工潮”，本世纪初又有了“民工荒”。“农民工”这个特殊的社会阶层正越来越多地影响着我们这个社会，这从一个侧面也反映了我国改革的成效。在“农民工”向产业工人转变的过程中，制度成为关键因素，并且是主要的瓶颈，如何跨越这个障碍是能否实现上述转变的关键。通过分析中国“农民工”向产业工人转变的制度瓶颈，以及对农民工生存现状的剖析，来探索如何跨越这个瓶颈。

| Abstract: | In 90s of the last century,thousands of peasants poured into cities to hunt for jobs.In the beginning of this century,the shortage of rural workers has arisen.The particular social stratum-rural workers have increas- ingly influenced our society,which reflects the effect of reform from another point of view.In the process of that the rural workers transform to industrial workers,the institution becomes the crucial factor;it is the major bottle- neck for striding across the obstacle to realize the transformation.Through analyzing the institution bottleneck of transformation to industrial workers for Chinese rural workers and their living status,this paper discusses how to eliminate this bottleneck. |
