| Abstract: | The quality of students' contingent of cadres can directly concern university students' whole quality, the working level of students' contingent of cadres can directly influence the actual effect that university students work . This article, through carrying on in -depth analysis to the present existing problem of students' contingent of cadres, proposes the corresponding countermeasures of student cadres contingent building. |
